How do you ship your barbecue to ensure freshness?
All our meats are fully cooked, flash-frozen, and vacuum-sealed. We ship them in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive at your doorstep at a safe, chilled temperature.
What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your zone. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via FedEx to arrive Tuesday through Friday. We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
How do I reheat my Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que?
Each order includes a detailed reheating guide. Generally, we recommend using a conventional oven or a water bath (boil-in-bag) method to maintain the moisture and smoky flavor of the meats.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we prioritize fast shipping to maintain food quality, changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or replacement.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-specific options?
Many of our meats and our signature sauces are gluten-free. However, our facilities process items containing wheat, soy, and nuts. Please refer to the specific product pages for full ingredient lists.
